Who called from 5628650829

No message left.  Called back number and message says the number is no longer in service

I received a call from this number before 8:30 am today (Tuesday, January 5, 2016) - I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer the call.  They didn't leave a message either... I was wondering if it could be UPS, but I'm not about to call them back, probably a scammer...
