This is the third time they have called me, claiming they were representing a company that I owed money to. Each time I ask for proof that I owe them money, they claim they have postal tracking, the billing department sent me multiple bills and they attempted to call me. When that failed, supposedly, they turned me over to the in-house collections (this number). However, they cannot send me any proof or bills to show that this is true, since I received them previously but ignored them. They threaten with an outside collections agency and that I will get a 'court date' when that happens. I will not pay someone who just claims I owe money. I had never heard of this company. I asked if they were American Handicapped workers. Last time, the girl said yes, this time they said no. If the only way to get their so called proof is to send it to a collections agency, then send it. I asked them to do it last time and again this time. We will see if they do. But I doubt it.
Same here. I would NEVER have ordered $89 worth of LIGHT BULBS. Everything was fishy. Collections people don't take you to court. They arrange terms for payment, usually for less than the original debt. What a farse. Claudia was nice enough to give me 9 days to send a check, then left me a message after 4 days saying she had not yet received a check. Hope she's not holding her breath.
Very rude, accused me of "stealing from the handicapped", when I asked Claudia to speak to a supervisor she refused & hung up on me. When I called back the same woman answered but called herself Samantha. Never ordered ANYTHING, never received ANYTHING...was suspicious when she said I ordered it in 2011. Scammer!!!
