Lying sack of [***] tries to say they aren't selling anything but if you start asking questions they start by saying they are working with the county to help you improve your home. If you keep asking questions and always if you talk this far in to it Ask yourself and ask them how are they getting paid. They aren't calling you for free. She got rude and started talking over me. She claimed they are legitimate and would not acknowledge my request to remove us from their calling list. She then told me that they are not providing the service to find us a contractor. They are the contractor. BINGO they are selling the service and hoping you will bite and they will try to get the taxpayers to pay them. BEWARE... shady people like this can start the work and if they can't get the government to pay they can and likely will put a lien on your home. They will likely also show the cost of the work extremely inflated. Another note. When a company says they are legitimate but show a bad phone number for the caller ID you should run. This is how they started their attempt at a business relationship with you.
