This is a collection agency hired by Golds Gym. I had a membership at the Hawthorne, CA location. They closed suddenly without notice and kept charging me a monthly fee. The other numbers they have called me from are 877-862-1132 and 323-201-0264.
I have spoken with 2 different reps from this agency; one of them actually hung up on me after a 10 minute conversation, and the other sounded like he was about to cry then suddenly went off on me in the most profound and unprofessional way imaginable. He called me names that I would rather not repeat on this forum and began preaching to me about life decisions and karma.
If they call you please record the number and make a note on this website as well as other forums on the web. This harassment and verbal abuse should not be tolerated.
I've been getting calls every night from this number. It is the tcm industries calling for someone else. I second the rudeness. When she said the name on the account and I said no she said ok thanks and hung up! No further discussion. I don't have a golds membership and I'm from Wisconsin of all places. So I'm not really sure what happened hear!
