Fraudster trying to extort money. Claim there have been criminal charges filed against me for failure to pay a debt. Refuses to provide info regarding the debt. Threatens arrest if payment isn't made. Called himself Jay Harris and says he was hired by "United Firms" to collect payment or serve me a subpoena. Total scam.
