Recieved a call from christopher baker pre trial services. About a case in court, let a vmail for me to get an attorney, number is from Ohio I have no idea what is this about.
Received a message from Christopher Baker with pretrail services. Called and got Ashely Phillips regarding an account for AdvanceAmerica.net. I kept them busy with questions trying to determine if it was a scam. I googled advanceamerica.net and called them. They have been getting a lot of calls from people that this so called law firm is contacting.
The law firm given is Anderson Baker and Ashley had to try and muffle the phone to ask her "supervisor" what the name of the law firm they work for is. She said they are located in Texas.
Received a call from this number. Supposedly a Christopher Baker from PreTrial Services regarding a case submitted against me. No other info other than a threat to proceed with the case unless I or my attorney call back. No idea what this is about and based on info from others, I think it is a scam.
Got a vm from Scott, called back, he said that my car case was being submitted and that i needed to get an attorney. He claims to represent some pay day loan place, and claims i didn't pay back a loan from 2012, so they are claiming it as stolen. I have never had a pay day loan, so it must be a scam. Lets see if i get any paper work!
