Total insurance scam. Ignore. They call you, try to get the name of your doctor and your insurance company and bill the insurance company by telling them that the doctor approved it. The ones that call me have a Filipino accent. Tagalog.
Just got a call from 567-245-9528. Caller ID said EXPRESS DEPT. I recognized that as back on 2 September I got a call from 440-617-5699 which also had EXPRESS DEPT as the caller ID.
It's a recorded female voice saying that says you may be eligible to receive a new topical pain reliever. Press 1 to speak to a live rep.

SCAM ALERT!!! Received a call from 567-245-9528 showing the phone number as ID too. Scam aimed at those with pain that need relief - the disabled and elderly are biggest target. The idea is to get your personal/insurance info, and possible credit card if not insured; DO NOT give out any of your info, as it is an illegal SCAM.
IGNORE this call and seek any pain relief via your doctor, or OTC meds that your pharmacist can recommend.
Received a call today on my personal cell phone while at work. I answered only because I received calls from out of state employees sometimes. It was an automated message about "insurance approved" medication. I pressed 2 to opt out, which I hope takes me off their list.
