I received a phone call yesterday from this number. He said his name was David Williams and that I had 2 outstanding loans on file. He said that I owed $1330.00 on them. He said that if I didn't make an immediate payment on them that I would be picked up by Marshalls and taken to jail and that the court fees would be in the range of $7500.00. That really bothered me. When will this crap stop. These people likes to scare people. I really hope somebody gets these people and they rot in jail.
Ththis number is to scam u I had the same man call from a number who tells me to get my lawyer he only called once they wanted money for something I had no idea about report this number if they get enough complaints they will stop but will try another number
I got the same call. From a man calling himself "John Smith" with a thick Indian accent. Harrassing me about an account he says I owe money on....an account I have never had. Very troublesome. Someone please help it stop!
I just got a call from this number the guy stated there is a federal law suit against me and someone will serve me with paperwork to go to the court as I owe money to pay day loan company since January 27. The guy name was supposedly Richard Anderson with thick Indian accent. He was talking that my driver license will be suspended etc. Unfortunately they knew my SSN and all the info (as I am working with another pay day loan company), so I made a Police Report to report identity theft.
This number called my husbands phone saying I had an outstanding loan (which I never received). My husband gave me the number and when I called I spoke with a man who had a heavy accent.I asked to speak with his supervisor who also had a heavy accent and he informed me that if I feel the loan was due to Identity theft that I could pay the 200 dollars to stop the lawsuit.I told him I wanted the "lenders" address and phone number and he hung up.
Recieved two messages and they accents were so thick i couldnt make out anything being said except for the "imminent concequences" threat at the end. When i called back it was another man with another thick accent speaking about a court date. Im not nieve so i knew right away the info they had was randomly picked up and the accents really gave away the whole ploy. Once i began questioning where the infomation came from and that i had no record of it, he hung up. I tried calling back again for the comapny name but my number had been immediatley blocked.
