I received the same treatment as those listed above. I could hear a "boiler room" of voices in the background. I said I couldn't understand what the man was saying. The "supervisor" came on line and asked me to push and hold the Windows key and hold the "r" key. I told him my internet connection was down. I asked if he could get me back on line. He told me to contact my internet service provider, gave me the above number. I asked where he was from. He said he was calling from Hawaii, but was Indian by birth. The number is in Ohio. He called back twice today and I hung up.
They are physhing. Wish someone with legal authority could do something to stop their little game...
These people won't leave me alone...3-4 calls a day for a week now. Telling me they are IT Solutions and my computer has error messages needs fixing. Indian accent so thick I kept hanging up saying I can''t understad them. Someone do something about these people but don't start following their instructions.
Received call saying they were a window service company for windows 7 and I need to go to my computer for him to repair it. I asked for his number and told him I would call him back, which I will not do. Sounds like a scam to me.
This is now the third "company" that has called us. All with different names, but ALL with Eastern Indian accents. Sounds like they are having a party in background. They call for days on end at all different times.
