just got a very frustrating call from an Indian sounding man, kept reading a script when i asked questions, he had no phone number for me to call him back at and said he doesn't have our email yet he works for Windows and knows we have a registered windows program. YOU SUCK BUDDY!! NOT THIS TIME! Be aware who is calling you. said we need Powersight because our computer is infected but not with a virus and said he was calling from "Windows" but never said Microsoft.
tried ordering a product yesterday from factory outlet.com and because my mailing address was different than my shipping address, they wanted me to make a copy of the back of my credit card along with my drivers license or state ID and then sign an authorization form for the purchase. When I said this is nuts and I just want to cancel the order, they hung up on me and I then ordered the same product from a different company without the hassle. today I am getting a call telling me about my computer errors from a number that is linking it to the product I was trying to order from the factory outlet.com. Number that called me today was 567 252-8512.
