One of those stupid spam calls about "we can lower the interest on your credit card." pressed one to lay into "the representative" but of course the call was disconnected before someone got on the line.
For those of you that just started receiving these calls (which come from different numbers everytime), do NOT press 1 as this lets them know that your number is a working number and you will continue to receive these calls. Wish I would've known that the first time I started getting these calls months ago. I REALLY wish that the feds could catch these people and throw them all in jail.
I got a call also but after they had to leave me a message because I NEVER ANSWER THESE CALLS EVER so after I listened to the message it was deleted after about 3 words so those responsible F!U!
Why do these few jacklegs desire to make life less enjoyable for the rest of us? Come out from hiding behind your phone and show your cowardly faces. The Do Not Call List is a farce.
Call from this number at 9:42 am EDT 5-24-2012 Heard the message ..calling from your credit card company..nothing is wrong...lower your interest rate... I hung up because I have received lots of this same call. Tried to talk to them before, they just hang up on you. Learned to just hang up.
BUT the lawbreakers (I am on the Do Not Call Registry List) called back one minute later from 567-245-0705.
Same recording. I pressed zero and told them I was on DO NOT CALL List and to remove my number, he pauses and asks do I have $3K in debt. I repeat "I am on the ... remove me" Silence. I finally hung up and filed a complaint with Do Not Call Registry. It was quick and easy and I will do this everytime from now on!
