Told them wrong number and they hung up. Called back, told them to stop calling and they hung up. Called back & asked for a supervisor (Dawn), she was unhelpful as well. Promised to remove the number--we will see. Told them they were violating the "Do not call" law and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Perhaps everyone needs to start filing small claims actions, get judgments and start collection action. That's the next step--there are statutory damages available, attorney fees and court costs. Also file complaint with the FTC and the CSPB--the new consumer bureau in DC. They actually do things.
