Who called from 5702030005

This loser just responded to an ad I have on Kiji for my vehicle.  Says he wants to pay me $500 more.  Also uses the number 570-203-0008.

I got a text from the same number.  Says he will pay full price for the vehicle I also have on Kijiji and pay by PayPal.  However, he says will have his "shipper" pick up the vehicle as he is "at sea right now."  Right.......

I also got a text today from the same number saying he will pay full price for the tent trailer I have for sale on kijiji.  His email is [email protected].  He also emails from a Victor Hupe!

Got a text from the same number: 570-203-0005

"i saw ur ad on Kijiji, Am ready to ofer an aditional 500 for the Car. but for quick response pls Email me right back at: [email protected]"

Clearly a scam.

Some of the message reads: Thanks for your reply . I was just thinking that you must have had some buyer's interested in buying the Car from you and i think the best way to outbid all of them is by offering you an additional sum of 500 to your asking price, Just to let you know that am buying it for my Brother. But to start with i won't be available to come for the inspection my self due to my new Job transfer.
He is wanting to us Paypal, I don't know what the scam could be, except to hack it.
