Claims he is a process server in luzerne county for some company in the 855 area code (the new toll free area code). He calls threatening to come out to your house or place of employment within the hour (never shows up) & then says that that you need to contact the claimant at a certain # & lists a case number with it - he alleges he is trying to serve an AFFADAVIT.
