Who called from 5702187707

5702187707 called me at 5:45 am, so I swiped to not answer. Not even one second later they were calling again asking to talk to the person in charge of the peco account. I told them " its [***] 5:45 am and I live in California and we don't have a Peco account " they hung up after that.

Persistent [***].  Told him he could not speak to the manager and hung up.  NOW he won't stop calling back.  Long lag time before he came on line tho.  Sure indicator of a telemarketer.

Multiple hang ups in succession. Don't answer.

Someone put to my voicemail, got some strange music and voices in the background. So tired of these calls.
