Solicting money for the police. Obvious scam. Police departments do not solicit money this way, and this call was from Pennsylvania and I don't even live in the state!
Received a call from this number. Answered the phone and a man asked for me by name. I didn't identify myself and asked what this was about. The man stated that this was a "courtesy call" and he would call back later. When I asked again, he just hung up. I am on the "do not call" list.
