Who called from 5702410546

they called me, around 130; its Red Cross. they left me a voicemail.

Call from 570-241-0546 (Scranton, PA) around 5 p.m., like many of the annoying, anonymous, unwanted calls we receive ... ID reads a city and state and the phone number, the caller hangs up after four rings; does not leave a message...but, I'm  sure they'll call again.  We are on they Do Not Call List, but these calls keep coming.  No idea who is calling.

No one there when we answered, called them back and it's the Red Cross.

Annoying

It is the  Red Cross, but my concern and question is "Why does it show up on Caller ID as an "International Caller" when they claim to be located in PA?"
