Who called from 5702439034

I have recived calls from the same people and phone number saying they deposited money in my account and never paid back.They have some of my personal information,I asked him to give me the transaction number they had from my bank when they made the said deposit and he fumbled and had no clue.My caller id said the number was from Mount Pocono Pa.He said  I had been arranged before a court.I then told him I wanted all the said charges be put into writting officially and mailed to me but he said it cannot be done!This is  a scam.

Received the same call.  Have gotten 2 more in the past.  You all should know that these are scams, especially if anyone has obtained a previous on-line payday loan and defaulted or been late.  They tend to get or buy your information, cannot ever provide proof of their supposed loan and are just trying to scare you into paying to avoid arrest and harrassment.  THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!
You cannot be arrested and no warrent can be issued on debt--unless you receive civil suit paperwork--delivered to you in person.
Unfortunately, even though we can report the number as a scam, after too many reports they just change their number, use a different name, and try all over again.  But DO report them.  Rip-off report.com is a good place as well as filing a complaint with your local state attorneys office.  
DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!
If they should have any--like your bank--call the bank, tell them about the call, and change all your on-line passwords.  Personally, I also change my bank account number.
I am NOT a lawyer or in any profession dealing with these matters.  I just happen to have experience in something I never wanted experience in, however did gain knowledge.
Put---"fake payday loan collection scams" in your search engine and learn about these crooks.  You will feel safer as it is kind of scary!!!

Also 510 355 1780.  The person that leaves a message has a very heavy Indian accent that you can barely understand but he states it is regarding a legal matter. He then makes threatening statements such as I will be arrested, they are sending a police officer to my home or work and if I don't respond something bad may happen to me. Etc. This was just sporadic at first but now it is almost every day. They call my work. they leave messages saying they are going to "contact my manager". (first of all what's my manager going to do about it?)
They will never say who I owe or produce any documentation.

Finally I got tired of it and contacted an attorney who called them today. He confirmed that it IS a scam. He said they would not give an address or any documentation of who and what I owe. They got verbally abusive with him as well. This is a warning DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY. they are criminals trying to scare people into thinking they owe something. If you truly do owe a debt they should provide that information in writing.

If you are getting these calls, report them to the FCC, the FBI whoever you need to. And alot of times you can get  a free consult with an attorney and they will agree to contact them for you, free of charge.

Incessant phone calls to our place of business, harassing one of our employees, throughout the month of April. They keep telling her their mission is to get her fired. Very persistant, very rude.  Have told them not to call here anymore. Told them we would file a police report if they continue.  They are calling from at least three numbers, two of which are "not a working number" and the other gives option to leave voice mail but does not sound legite.
