This time Kathy Sullenberger called asking for one of the HR team members. She called yesterday and was told the person was in a meeting and I offered Voice Mail - nope that wouldn't do. She called again this morning and the preson she wanted was in a meeting. I asked the HR team member if she knew a Kathy Sullenberger with a company named SLU? She said NO and dont' send her over to me or anyone else on the team. - This afternoon Kathy was told no deal! No one here wanted to talk to her or anyone else from SLU.
Phone call came into our switchboard saying they had worked with me before regarding OSHA and OSHA "conformancy"? Sent the call to my vmail. No message. I'm a safety Consultant and have never spoken to anyone from this number. Conformancy, really?
Received call from Jackie who said she needed to speak to whoever was in charge of HR. I said we have various parts of HR but I could help her. Her caller ID said Pennsylvania. She wanted to send me info and wouldn't take no for an answer. I told her we have great resources we already utilize but she tried again. I very politely said no and she hung up on me. Interesting way to get customers...Company sure doesn't seem to possess common courtesy, let alone HR skills.
Was contacted and asked to be put in touch with the facility maint manager, asked for his contact info he stated he did not have a direct line, PBP was the company he stated he was from. Just hung up on him.
