left no message

I only get the "end" of the message on my voicemail -- says "press 2". I tried calling the number back and got an error message. My phone says it's from Williamsport PA.

This number calls me every single day. I have no idea who they are but the number cannot be called back -- I get an error. Abusive.

picked up and got a real, English speaking person, Asked for the manager or store owner, both were out of shop. No clue what they were selling.
