An india accent woman said she is from IRS and I was arrest under surveillance. I said this is FBI office, how can I help you. She hung on the phone right away.
I recieved a voicemail from this number. I googled the area code and it said it was a Pennsylvania area code but from a California city. When itried to call it back it wouldn't go through, it kept hanging up.
