Called and never left a message....from a co-worker that call this number "my call can not be completed."

keeps calling me cell phone multiple times a day every day....no message left

will not leave message, calls are constant. answered once and person hung up.

number calls at least 4 times a day, it's very annoying and i have no idea who it is

recorded message says he is "returning' my call and wants to help me further my education.
screw these scammers and the telephone companies that let this go on.
