Supposedly offered the equivalent of a Medic Alert.  Seems to match the fraudulent medic alert offers that are becoming all too common.

These are all the numbers I have for Med Alert scams as reported here or otherwise.
Most are probably robo calls and come up as Unknown Caller, which I don't answer along with pretty much any number I don't recognize as well as Private Caller. If they can't leave a message, can't be important.

267-518-3198         med alert security scam

314-666-8278        Senior Med alert #
323-281-1572        Senior Alert scam

516-370-4161    Alert-   med alert coupon scam
570-285-8022             med alert scam
570-309-3012        *Med alert scam  This was the one that called today and didn't leave a message.
570-438-0375             unsure, no message

610-257-7096             Medical Alert scam

724-209-1632             PA? Med alert scam wants to ship you prepaid med alert
724-302-2349        PA Caller, medical alert for senior scam

I've got a file I've labeled 'Nasty Numbers' - I keep track of info on them and when they call. Saves me time so I don't have to look them up at 800 Notes every time they ring trough.

# 570-309-3012 Calls several times a day, every day! Try to answer, no one is there, it just hangs up. Tried to call back, got no ring tone but stayed on the line for several minutes after dialing them back anyway. The phone line never makes a connection and finally it say all circuits are busy please try your call again later. The only reason I answer is to tell them to remove my number from their calling list! They are very annoying!!!!!! How do we stop these calls???

Similar to other recent calls for free Medical Alert alarm scams. Opens with an offer for free $3,000 in grocery certificates before getting to the point about a "free" medic alarm service.

Of course they ignore the Federal Do Not Call list, which certainly tells you something about their business practices, doesn't it?

Here is a transcript of the call:
