Who called from 5703380199

Answered the call, recorded message to call an 888 or 800 number. I'm sure it's some kind of scheme, so I don't waste time w/ a return call.

Received call from this number. Caller id says  says National Bond. Recorded message says please hold for next available operator 2x then call gets disconnected. Called number back and it says it is out of service.

says this number is from a cellphone....done a reverse lookup......

Received call from that number tried to call back no answer phone picked up and heard some type of dial then got disonnected
