Received two calls from this company. The first time they called, I answered and they asked for a person I've never heard of. I said "sorry, you have the wrong number." They called again and I wasn't home. I called back. I said, "why do you keep calling me?" I gave them my number and she couldn't find it in their system. I said, OK. Then they called again, I answered and they asked for the same person from the first call. I told them to remove my number from their list. They said they would. I just came home and found another call from them. I'm blocking their number and they can go to hell!
As I've said in a previous reply to you, we get information provided to us on all types of complaints. We respond in an attempt to resolve these issues, in order to both satisfy the customer and protect our reputation.
