Please see comments for calls to 570-468-1159 as well, same caller with same message. Complete SCAM. Call came from 202-000-0030, which would be the Washington DC area, however they are spoofing numbers so it is not correct. Automated voicemail was as follows: "Hello this is Jennifer Watson calling from the office of the Internet Crime complaint center, we had received a complaint under your name and social security with the case number RK8521, I repeat the case number is RK8521. If you fail to fulfill your legal obligations before the end of the day an arrest warrant will be issued and forwarded to your local police department without any prior notification. The attorney handling the case is attorney Steven McCullen, and his contact number is 570.468.1157, I repeat the contact number is 570.468.1157, goodbye."
As anyone can see there was no verification of my name or SSN at any point during message. If something like this were legit, the message would've began with the caller verifying WHO they were intending to reach and leaving the message for. They also would have provided verification of the name of the business they were calling from... the office of the internet crime complaint center is not something that actually exists as a separate entity. Some businesses may have a department within named something like complaint center, internet crimes division, etc., but this is a giveaway that it's bogus. Many of you may want to call the number provided for the attorney, but DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER!!! Feel free to do a google search for the name and/or phone number and you'll find there's no attorney by that name listed anywhere in the Scranton, PA area, which is where area code 570 originates.
Communications providers usually offer a way of reporting spam, for instance Verizon provides the short code 7726 for customers to send a text of spammers for it to be investigated. If enough customers actually report these things, Verizon and other carriers do have the ability to gather pertinent documentation of these scams to then pass off to proper authorities and this would fall under federal jurisdiction- calling from state A to person in state B and providing number for state C. There's usually an option to email phone providers as well, so even if you copy and paste the text of your comment on here, that's a huge help to shutting these people down. These are without a doubt, complete scams.

HA! My case number is the same! They called me last week and said if I didn't respond within 24 hours (or by end of day) and arrest warrant would be issued...and nothing has happened
Just another Indian or Pakistani IRS/LAW/DEBT/WHATEVER scam. Simply block and ignore the calls. Police only work on warrants generated by local judges in local jurisdictions. Total legalese-mumbo-jumbo nonsense meant to scare money out of people.
I received same exact message today.... verbatim I called the number and was very angry and agressuve, the guy had foreign accent, claimed to be from attorneys office but claimed had nothing to do with the internet crime complaint center I hung up
