This number calls all the time and no one says any thing!!! Its really ignoring

I keep getting this call at my office. Very annoying

A girl wanted me to take advantage of a 25% rebate from at&t, I told her I didn't deal with at&t, she said she knew but kept talking.  I told her I wasn't interested and hung up.  Three seconds later she called back and left a message on my answering machine. They don't give up!!!
