Really how legit can it be? I've had three other city and/or just state calls from PA with these area codes:
215 569-8350 (known 'Carmen' lower your credit card rate scam)
215-569-8349
484-569-8350

And I'd be willing to bet they all belong to the 'Carmen' lower your credit card rate scam.
Just changing the area code to a block of numbers isn't going to get me to answer.
