This guy calls and he is very nasty and perverted. I know  his phone number is a PA phone number.

Why who is he?hes a pervert?

I know this person has many unknown issues with himself, He likes to call business's and cuss at women! He shpuld be reported to the FCC and if someone knows how I can report him, then please reply to my post. The other phone number he used is 570-317-6698 and 570-594-7806. He claims he is in realtor and sales houses. What a lonely old man, with nothing more to do with his time.How SAD..
