We understand that some customers and members of the community may not wish to receive sales calls for DISH Network ™ products and services from EchoStar Satellite L.L.C. In order to protect the privacy rights of consumers and comply with applicable Do Not Call laws and regulations, the phone number of any person who informs EchoStar that he or she does not wish to receive solicitation calls will be placed on EchoStar’s Internal Do Not Call list. Although we will note your request immediately, p lease allow up to thirty (30) days after you have made your request for your number to be removed from any sales programs currently underway.
How To Be Placed on EchoStar’s Internal Do Not Call List:
1. Phone requests should be made by calling EchoStar at 866-668-8047.
2. Written requests should be sent to: EchoStar Satellite LLC, Attention: Do Not Call, P.O. Box 9008, Littleton, Colorado 80120.
Whatever method you choose, be sure to include your name, address and all telephone numbers you would like to be included on our list. Let us know if your telephone number changes as we'll need your new telephone information for your EchoStar Do Not Call status to remain in effect.
Placing your telephone number on EchoStar’s Internal Do Not Call List restricts telephone sales only. If you are a DISH Network customer, we may need to communicate with you regarding service related issues, surveys, billing, and other such topics.
If you would like to add your telephone number to the National Do Not Call List, you may do so by calling 1-888-382-1222, or online at National Do Not Call Registry.
You may also contact us to receive a copy of the EchoStar Do Not Call Policy or click the Do Not Call Policy view http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/about_us/legal/index.shtml and print a copy of our policy.
Yep - I made an inquiry about service with DISHtv this morning. Since then I've received at least one call every hour from either 330-965-8500 or 570-615-0241. When I answer, it disconnects me. When I tried to call the numbers back, they are reported as disconnected numbers. I am reporting DISH network to the Better Business Bureau for their annoying sales tactics.
HI...I KEPT GETTING THE SAME CALLS FROM THE SAME NUMBER EVERY TIME 570-615-0241 AND COULDN'T FIGURE OUT FOR THE LIFE OF ME WHO KEPT CALLING ME EVERY 20 MINUTES!!! WELL, I FINALLY GOT FED UP OF BEING HUNG UP ON AND NOT BEING ABLE TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK SO I LOOKED IT UP ON THE NET AND GOT THIS SITE. WHAT ANNOYING TIME WASTING IDIOTS!! I ACTUALLY WANTED TO INQUIRE ABOUT GETTING SERVICE FROM DISH NETWORK INSTALLED AT MY NEW HOUSE BUT NOW THAT I KNOW WHO IS DOING THE ANNOYING CALLING, I WILL NEVER SIGN UP!! I AM GOING TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND REPORT THEM.
I just checked out dish network today and by this afternoon I have already received tow call from this number. Caller ID diplays 570 615 0241 and Pennsylvania. I will NEVER consider using this company with this sort of harassment just from inquiring about their "service".
