This number and four other similar numbers have called me 10 times in the last 2.5 hours - on a Friday night! I have no idea who they are, no message is left except the last portion of an automated message one time. I cannot find any of them when I google them - who are they and how did they get my cell on their calling list? The other numbers they used when calling were 570-651-4624, 570-651-4616, 570-651-4621, and 570-651-4620. So far at least, I expect to have more phone calls with the same first six (or eight, rather) digits.

Call your cell phone provider and have them block each number as you receive a call. This group is using a Reverse Cell Phone number directory. Register all you phone numbers on the "Do Not Call" Registry and update minimum every 4 - 6 months. Long onto the "Do Not Call" and register your complaint and all of the numbers who have called you and the number of time.
same thing. they call my cell-phone each evening in twenty minute increments with varying last digits, 570-651-4615 to 4623. and they leave messages every time!!!!!!!
