Calls at least twice a day, after about 10 days of ignoring them I answered. Someone with a Indian/Pakistani accent (or in that region) wants to know what name is on the electric bill because there's some discount going through. My response was that the electric company already knows whos name is on the bill. She claimed that they are the company that provides electricity to the electric company. As I was telling her that the only person who needs to know my name is the actual company that bills me, she hung up on me.
