SCAM! Barely-understandibly-speaking-Far-East-Indian C. Watson claiming to be from the Windows Technical Department, called to help me with my computer that is sending out a lot of error messages. After about 4 minutes of my computer-ignorant responses he terminated the call. My return call "can not be completed as dialed".

Received a phone call from "United States Grant Department." Sounded like a cell phone and I requested his phone number and the person responded with the fact that once I answered questions he would provide. SCAM! The US Government doesn't do cold calling.
He said he was from the "US Treasury and Grants Department."
The number he was calling from was clearly a Pennsylvania number.
I asked if the US Treasury was located in Pennsylvania now.
He said, "No."
I asked why he was calling from Pennsylvania.
He tried to tell me I was "randomly" eligible for $9000, tax-free, that I would not have to pay back.
You know, since the US Government gives out money *randomly*...
I can't really call this guy a scam "artist,"
he just does not seem smart enough for the term.
