Keeps calling my home never leaves a message and never says a word if we answer the call.

570-739-4983 called our no.  I picked up.  Woman asked for my husband in an overly friendly (aka smarmy) tone.  My answer: 'No', Then asked if I was his wife.  That won her a 'yes'.  She said she was calling from a company in our area to do a survey.  I asked 'What Company?'. Phone went silent, then she hung up.  I called this no. right back and received a msg that it had been disconnected and is out of service.  Good trick.  Unscrupulous, but cyber savvy.  Obviously jumping lines to hide ID.  Walks like a scam.  Quacks like a scam.  I'm guessing ...it's a scam.
