Recorded announcement mentioned electricity utility service and new government regulations permitting budget billing. I thought it was my current provided, PPL, but when they started asking me details from my current utility statement, they could not help me navigate it to get the information. I then learned they did not have my account in front of them, so they were not PPL. They were an outside party trolling for new customers. Fraud.
When I tried to call their number back, I received a recording, saying the number was disconnected or not in service.

Called today, no message. I called the number and it says it's disconnected or no longer in service. Darn. I wanted to add them to my selective call forwarding merry go round.
