This particular number is calling from Wilkes Barre, (Scranton) PA area
Called again this evening. Guess my last message went on deaf ears.
Which was 'Please stop calling this number'
This time I waited for the rep to introduce herself calling on behalf of the American Red Cross...
And said; "I would like you to remove my number from your list. I really don't want you to call my home again."
And hung up.
Next will be a letter to the main body citing harassment. They had been calling at least once but sometimes three or more times a month.
As far as I am concerned any Charity that calls via the telephone is a Telemarketer.
This number belongs to the Amer Red Cross.
Not a local chapter in my area.
They did not leave a message.
So I guess it wasn't important.
Not that I would have called them back.
I only answer numbers I know.
Just like junk mail. My phone belongs to me. Not the caller.
Received a call on my mobile phone. Did not answer because I didn't recognize the number. Determined it was the American Red Cross, who have consistently called on a regular basis ever since March 2014 when I donated blood. I realize that they are in need of blood and monetary donations, but I do not wish to be badgered about it. I blocked the number. Hopefully that will end the calls.

This is a legitimate call, soliciting blood donation appointments for American Red Cross.
However, they recently switched to calling my cell-phone, instead of my home phone, even though more than once I asked them to only call my home phone.
