I was searching for another number and accidentally stumbled upon this posting and thought I could help I think the company u speak of is called genpact located in the Hanover estates industrial park Hanover two pa 18706 - I have some friends who work there and my understanding of the company is there world wide especially in India they are the people who work there are divided into teams and have different "projects" that are assigned basically other companies outsource to them from medical billing to collection companies to selling products I am I am not 100% positive but that is how it hAs been described to me genpact is hired by other companies and lots of different companies from all over to do a whole bunch of different things - hope this helps
