Saw a missed call from this number on my cell phone, I called back using the phone on my google email account, and it just rang and rang and rang...the end.
The location came up as Wilkes-Barre, PA. When I answered, it was an obvious robot named "Heather" from "Account Services" informing me that there was important information pertaining to my credit card accounts, regarding lowering my interest rates. Hung up immediately.
Called me with a female robot voice saying I was eligible to lower the rate on my credit card. Caller ID gave no company name, only that the call was originating in Pennsylvania. When I was transferred to a live person, she immediately starting asking me to "verify" which banks my cards were with and what the balance was on my cards. When I insisted on knowing what company was calling me (I refused to disclose account information until knowing this, since they should presumably have already known my balance and credit card company if they were calling from MY bank!), she hung up.
