There was no description for scam artists !! My fiancé received a call saying he was approved for a loan . Which he had filled an application online for one . They said he had to show the set amount in his account or via green dot card that he would be paying back so the loan could then be processed . After showing now 2050 they keep asking for 250 more which is not going to happen . They refuse to release the money that we put in to this !! After we told them to forget the loan return the money we have put into this they said they couldn't do that !! Total BS !! He told them to call when they have his money and then after hanging up , the girl calls us back and hangs up when he answers . Now that shows real professionalism ...

You have fallen for an advance fee loan scam. There never was any loan. There never was any loan company. Why would you PAY money to GET money? First off Payday loans are illegal in many US States. Asking for a fee to obtain a loan is 100% illegal. You just sent money to a 3rd world criminal out of the reach of US Justice. An expensive lesson. Please take a few minutes to read up on how wire transfers (Western Union, MoneyGram, GreenDot, etc. work, and what not to use them for.

Never send money to people you haven't met in-person.
Never send money to pay for taxes or fees on lottery or prize winnings.
Never use a test question as an additional security measure to protect your transaction.
Never provide your banking information to people or businesses you don't know.
Never send money in advance to obtain a loan or credit card.
Never send money for an emergency situation without verifying that it's a real emergency.
Never send funds from a check in your account until it officially clears, which can take weeks.
Never send a money transfer for online purchases.
