Just received a call-hung up when I answered

Caller hangs up but you can hear people speaking in the background.

Caller says they are with the us health dept. Asking about medical insurance.

Called my home asking for the pastor of the church.

I told her this was not a church. She told me to have a blessed day.

No one on other end, just a weird water drop sound then no sound at all.
