They keep calling me and do not leave a message. A lot. Obnoxious.  Texted them and asked them nicely to stop.  They keep calling.  Texted again told them I am reporting to FCC

Stop calling my phone! I don't know anyone named Pam.  Apparently, whoever she is has changed her number and this is now my new phone number.  I don't owe anyone one red cent!
