Dealing with Navient, block ALL numbers they call from and foul up their process. Harassing mail send back to them unopened. Unfortunately, email is the only way they'll be able to contact you, but you can set it up to go to your spam folder. They're a chore to try and get rid of.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
