I have to remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If it comes from a random phone call from someone who knows NOTHING about me, it certainly is.
Just realized that this number is a Google Voice number - Vonage forwarded an "Anonymous" call from my home phone to my cell and that is the number that was presented.

Go to donotcall.gov and on the left there is a "file complaint" button. Fill in the information and these clowns will be find a thousand dollars for each call.
