Called and said they were PP & L. they asked if we qualified for electric bill discount. My husband asked what part of PP & L they were associated with and then he said he wasn't with PP & L but a company that provides electricity for PP & L. Didn't said what company. My husband hung up!
I wish someone would put a stop to this. Just because I am a PPL customer DOES NOT MEAN I have a business relationship with other electricity companies, nor do I wish to be contacted by them.
Caller ID not recognized, so didn't answer. No message left. Also getting lots of annoying calls from alternative electricity providers. PPL should put a stop to this practice. Why aren't they?
