have received 4 to 5 calls each day from"client retention" and don't know how to keep them from calling - for a couple of months I just didn't answer the phone -- finally got upset talked to an agent and asked to be removed from their calling system-gave no information to them - guess what? they hung up - how can I get them to stop
called the 570-983-3130 number back since they hung up on me and a robocall message came on indicating that if I wished to be removed from their listing to press 1 - I did and they indicated I'd be removed in 24 hours -- we'll see -- also have gotten many of the "client retention" calls from other numbers - so guess I have to do this with each number
