9/7/2016 I got a call from 570-990-4527, it was about IRS lawsuit and asked to call them back.

This number today claiming to be the IRS saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. When I tried calling back the number did not work.

I got a call from 570.990.4667 with a recorded message saying i was being 'sued' by the IRS and to call them back. I wanted to check if this is a scam? Anyone else with this message?
