Wanting to know if wa have a patient [couldn't understand tha name she gave].
Which, if this caller was truly from any type of medical facility, she would know all about HIPAA and that such a question should not be asked for on the phone.
The same thing happened to me yesterday and today. About 10 calls were involved before this same woman connected with me. There was a discussion about medical stuff for a patient named mrs. hinkley.
recieved (and ignored) another call from this number today.
Just for fun, I called the number a little later and got a message stating: "I'm sorry, but you have reached a number that is not set up to recieve calls......"
Now what does THAT tell you?
I know what it tells me...........
