571-261-0035 has called my phone multiple times in the past several days.  I have not answered.  Does anyone know who this might be?

yes, this number is the research dept. of American Family Insurance.  It is just an automated voice asking questions.

What kind of questions?  This number has called several times in the past couple of days.  Is this just random dialing?  Or is there a reason that they are calling me?

I see this number was used in 2008-2009  is the number actively calling people again or am I being singled out? Please reply. WHEN ANSWERING THEY HUNG UP.
