they call me constantly. I just had a fraud/identity theft problem with them. I had to report fraud on my account that they let someone pay off my account and raise the limit and charge to the hilt without my knowledge. Now they want me to pay 700 when my limit was 400 and I had credit protection in place at the time they allowed this to happen. I admit I didn't open my bills for 3 months before I one day decided better take a look see what I owed since last payment and holy sh.... I was in shock there were charges to every tom dick and harry on there. I told then that since it was paid off I am no longer responsible for this account. Doesn't matter if I paid it or someone else. They let someone charge after that....SHAME ON THEM. now they are harassing me beyond belief.
ANYONE KNOW MY LEGAL STANDING IN WHETHER OR NOT I STILL OWE IF THEY PAID OFF THEN USED IT MORE?
