I received this twice today. Threatening messages. I called back and I told him to not dare leave me such message and I would report him to authorities. Eric Foster said he was with the IRS. He is NOT IRS.
It was a recorded call twice in two day at my business. Threatening call for non existent penalty /debt collection. Definitely a fraudlent call. IRS never calls like that. IRS always sends a letter with account number/case number
called left message for "you" from IRS investigator - Eric Foster. I called back and he was trying to get my last name... I told him he had my number he should be able to tell me..... finally after asking me like 5 times he hung up.
YEs I got it this morning and he is the same thief that keeps calling my home phone and cell phone. He impersonates an IRS officer by the name or Derek or Eric Foster; he is a fraud and I call upon authorities to do something becasue he keeps doing this knowing that authorities are doing nothing. I know at least one victum that this gang was able to embezzle money from.
